Consultation Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your wardrobe consultation appointment. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the time slot to other clients.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your consultation appointment with at least 48 hours notice, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future consultation, depending on your preference. Refunds for consultations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If we need to cancel a consultation due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience. We will notify you as soon as possible if such situations arise.

If you are not satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We are committed to addressing any issues and finding a resolution that works for you.
Process for Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment, please contact us by phone or email using the contact information provided below. Please include your name, scheduled appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request and process any applicable refunds within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original booking.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for a scheduled consultation appointment without prior notice, you may forfeit your consultation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
